In a number of cases we provide your data to external parties (where necessary). This is the case when we work with external service providers and municipalities. Third party service providers may only use your data for the performance of the  relevant services. They cannot use or pass on your data independently of the relevant services. In order to process your payment, we will need to collect the following information: • Credit card details / payment account details Please note that when you use a credit card as a payment method, your card details are not stored in the database. We may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. An IP address is a numerical code that identifies your computer on a network or the Internet.

1.3 Social Media
renrberegenings only registers the chat conversations on social media channels for quality purposes and never shares or sells them to third parties. Do not share privacy-sensitive personal data via social media channels.

1.4 Information about you and your device.
Each time you visit our website, we may automatically process the following information:

7. How long we store your personal data

renrberegenings retains personal data for up to 18 months after the end of the service, after which all personal data will be destroyed. Financial data, more specifically information about the transactions you carry out, is stored according to the tax term of seven (7) years and then destroyed.

8. Cookies

We use so-called "cookies" to extend the operation of our website and make it easier for you to use. “Cookies” are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website. You have the option to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer by changing your browser settings, but this may limit the usability of our website.

9. Data collection through the use of Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service. Both Google and Google Analytics use so-called “cookies”. Google Analytics collects information about your operating system, browser, IP address, the previous website visited, (referrer URL), and the date and time you visited our website. Google will use this information to analyze your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website use and internet usage. 10. Collection and Storage of Usage Data

We collect and store data, such as the date and time of website access and the page from which you accessed our site, in order to optimize our website. This is done anonymously without personally identifying the user of the site.

11. Newsletter and direct marketing

We would like to keep you informed about our new products and initiatives. Think that _  maintains a strict “opt-in” policy for persons who are not (yet) customers. Once this information is received, we will immediately remove you from our direct marketing database. We would like to point out that in some cases it is necessary to communicate with our customers by e-mail, regardless of whether the customer has unsubscribed from the newsletter.
